Please Read Carefully: To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, all guests must comply with the following rules. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue hosting guests who violate any of these policies. 👉 Please note: The lead booker must be at least 25 years of age for all reservations. ✔ Check-In & Check-Out 1. Check-in: 3:00 PM 2. Check-out: 11:00 AM ✔ General House Rules 3. No shoes inside the home. Please leave all shoes by the entryway. 4. Indicate the true number of guests in your reservation. 5. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time—inside the home or on the property. Violations may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. 6. No extra or overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation. 7. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or similar gatherings. ✔ Pet Policy 8. We are pet-friendly for ONE dog, 20 lbs or less, with a $250 fee per stay. Larger dogs considered case-by-case with prior approval. No cats or exotic pets of any kind. ✔ Smoking, Fire, & Safety 9. Absolutely no smoking or open flames anywhere inside the home, on the deck, or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, candles, incense, and sage. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation. 10. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud music or outdoor conversations after 10:00 PM. 11. Please keep all windows and doors locked whenever you are not inside the home. ✔ Cleanliness & Care 12. Excessively dirty towels, furniture, or damage will incur an additional cleaning or replacement fee, supported by photos. 13. Parking is for registered guests only. Release of Liability By renting this property, guests irrevocably and unconditionally release and hold harmless the hosts from any financial or other liability for injury, bodily harm, illness, property loss, or any other damages occurring during, caused by, or arising from their stay at the property.
